By accessing or using any InfraThrone service, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, or otherwise interacting with our platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

• Discontinue features
• Introduce new products
• Change platform interfaces
• Modify educational content
• Change technology providers
• Improve or replace AI systems
• Suspend a Service temporarily
• Discontinue a Service

Certain Services require you to create an account.

You may authenticate using methods supported by InfraThrone, including email OTP, Google authentication, and GitHub authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Keeping your authentication credentials confidential
• Notifying us of unauthorized account activity
• Ensuring that information associated with your account remains reasonably accurate

InfraThrone provides educational and professional development Services.

Educational content is intended to support learning, skill development, and practical application.

However, completion of an InfraThrone program does not guarantee:

• Employment
• An interview
• Selection by an employer
• A particular salary
• Promotion
• Career advancement
• Business success
• Certification by a third party
• Admission to an educational institution
• Any specific professional outcome

InfraThrone may provide skill assessments, technical assessments, readiness reports, learning progress reports, recommendations, recommendation letters, and other career-related evaluations.

These materials represent InfraThrone's assessment based on the information, activities, assessments, and performance available to us.

They are not guarantees of employment or professional outcomes.

A recommendation letter or readiness report does not create an obligation for any third-party employer to interview, hire, or engage you.

Where offered, placement assistance may include career guidance, interview preparation, job opportunities, introductions, referrals, resume assistance, recommendation letters, employer connections, or other career support.

Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment, placement, salary, interview, offer, or hiring outcome.

Employers independently determine their recruitment and selection decisions.

Certain InfraThrone programs may operate for a defined period.

Program-specific information may include start date, duration, schedule, curriculum, access period, eligibility, fees, refund terms, attendance requirements, and assessment requirements.

InfraThrone may reasonably modify schedules, instructors, curriculum, or delivery methods when necessary to operate or improve a program.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

Certain Services require payment.

Payments may currently be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay, and other payment providers that InfraThrone may introduce.

InfraThrone does not store complete payment card numbers, CVV information, or equivalent sensitive payment credentials on its own systems.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and policies.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Prices may be displayed in INR or other supported currencies.

Prices may change from time to time.

A price change will not retroactively modify a completed purchase unless required by applicable law.

Where a subscription or recurring Service is involved, applicable pricing and renewal terms will be communicated at or before purchase.

Unless a different refund policy is expressly stated for a particular Service, the following terms apply.

Applicable taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory charges may be added to the price or reflected in the invoice as required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate tax and billing information where required.

Some InfraThrone Services allow you to submit, upload, publish, share, or otherwise provide content. This may include projects, code, assignments, documents, images, videos, reviews, comments, community posts, messages, profile information, and other materials.

You retain ownership of content that you own and lawfully provide to InfraThrone.

However, you grant InfraThrone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Services
• Operate the platform
• Facilitate community functionality
• Provide assessments
• Provide AI-powered features
• Maintain security
• Troubleshoot and improve the Services
• Comply with applicable law

You represent that:

• You own the content you submit or have the necessary rights to submit it
• Your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights
• Your content does not violate applicable law
• Your content does not contain malicious code intended to harm the Services
• You have the necessary permissions to submit personal information belonging to another person

InfraThrone may provide communities, discussion spaces, project spaces, or other social features.

Users must not use these spaces to:

• Harass or threaten others
• Discriminate against others
• Impersonate another person
• Distribute spam
• Distribute malware
• Conduct fraud
• Publish unlawful material
• Infringe intellectual property
• Expose another person's private information
• Manipulate assessments or learning outcomes
• Solicit users for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Interfere with the operation of the community
• Engage in other harmful or abusive behavior

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all rights in and to the InfraThrone Services belong to InfraThrone or its licensors.

This includes software, website, platform, brand, logos, trademarks, course materials, curriculum, videos, documentation, assessments, reports, AI systems, interfaces, designs, graphics, text, platform architecture, and proprietary methodologies.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit InfraThrone's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing access to an InfraThrone course or educational product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for your own educational purposes.

You may not:

• Resell course access
• Share account credentials
• Redistribute course recordings
• Reproduce course materials commercially
• Upload paid content to public repositories
• Create competing products using proprietary course materials
• Circumvent access controls

InfraThrone may provide AI-powered features.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, inappropriate for a particular context, or generated incorrectly.

You are responsible for independently evaluating AI-generated information before relying on it for consequential decisions.

AI outputs should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, employment, or other regulated advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where you submit prompts, documents, files, conversations, or other information to an AI-powered Service:

• That information may be processed to provide the requested Service
• It may be processed through third-party AI infrastructure providers
• InfraThrone may use appropriately anonymized or de-identified information to improve its AI-powered Services where permitted by law
• InfraThrone does not claim ownership of your original input merely because it is processed by an AI system

InfraThrone relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers. These may include AWS, Supabase, Google, GitHub, Razorpay, Google Analytics, Resend, OpenRouter, and other infrastructure, analytics, communications, authentication, payment, and AI providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

InfraThrone is not responsible for the independent actions, availability, or policies of third-party services.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services.

These links are provided for convenience.

InfraThrone does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Interfere with the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent security mechanisms
• Scrape or systematically extract data without authorization
• Reverse engineer the platform except where legally permitted
• Distribute malware
• Conduct fraud
• Abuse payment systems
• Manipulate assessments
• Impersonate another person
• Infringe intellectual property
• Misuse community functionality
• Exploit vulnerabilities without authorization
• Use the Services to facilitate unlawful activity

You must not attempt to compromise or bypass the security of InfraThrone's systems.

If you discover a security vulnerability, you should report it through the Company's designated support/security channel rather than exploiting it.

InfraThrone may suspend access where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services.

InfraThrone may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Security risks
• Unlawful activity
• Payment fraud
• Intellectual property infringement
• Community misconduct
• Attempts to compromise the Services
• Misuse of paid content
• Other conduct that materially harms InfraThrone or its users

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the affected Services may end
• Licenses granted to you may terminate
• Unpaid amounts remain payable
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, operate without interruption, be error-free, be compatible with every device, remain unchanged, be free of vulnerabilities, or always produce accurate results.

Maintenance, infrastructure failures, security incidents, third-party failures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

InfraThrone does not make warranties beyond those expressly required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer protection right or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfraThrone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

For paid Services, to the extent legally permissible, InfraThrone's aggregate liability arising from the relevant Service will not exceed the amount paid by you for that Service during the applicable period giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfraThrone and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of another person's rights
• Your User Content
• Your misuse of the Services

InfraThrone will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, infrastructure outages, cyber incidents, payment provider failures, cloud provider failures, labor disruptions, or other extraordinary events beyond reasonable control.

Enterprise and corporate customers may enter into separate contractual arrangements with InfraThrone.

Where a written agreement, Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, purchase order, or similar contract applies to a specific Service, the specific commercial terms of that agreement will govern where there is a conflict with these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by the InfraThrone Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how we protect it, how long we retain it, your privacy rights, and how to contact us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising a mandatory right available under applicable law.

InfraThrone may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, email, the platform, or another reasonable method.

The updated Terms will become effective from the stated effective date.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms, together with applicable Service-specific terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable written agreements, constitute the agreement governing your use of the relevant Services.
